All workouts are completed in an infared suana which provides additional mobility & flexibility.
You have the option to take whatever class you're in the mood for!
What to Expect:
9:45a- Doors open, check in
What kind of class are you craving? Choose your own workout :)
Options include yoga, pilates, barre, bands, buns and core.
10:00a- First class starts
10:45a- First class ends, feel free to choose another one, or relax & grab a mimosa or mockail
11:15a- Second class ends
11:15a- 12:00- Connect make new friends and enjoy light bites
12:00p- Event ends

Hotworx Matthews is a 24/7 Infrared Sauna studio that provides the health benefits of infrared heat combined with robust workouts to fast track your overall results.
Infrared heat assists in weight loss, reduction in muscle soreness, helps with pain management, provides skin purification, detoxification and stress reduction.
Each semi-private sauna fits 1-3 people with a variety of workouts such as Hot Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Cycling, Rowing, Ellipticals, bands, and weight training to keep you challenged, motivated, and engaged.
