Join us for a soulful evening designed to help you reconnect with your body and energy field through intuitive movement, guided meditation and group Reiki.

This unique healing experience blends somatic awareness, breathwork and energy healing:
-release tension
–restore balance
–elevate your vibration

All levels welcome- come as you are and allow yourself to receive.
What participants should bring: Yoga Mat or blanket (the facilities also has some that can be utilized), water bottle, journal & pen (optional)
Wear Comfortable clothing for movement and relaxation

Bio:
Wind is a multidimensional healer and holistic fitness coach blending intuitive movement, energy healing, and floral therapy. She is certified in Reiki, Blue Star Energy Healing, and Vibroacoustic Sound Therapy. Wind is passionate about guiding others through gentle practices that nurture both body and soul.
Heather is a certified reiki practitioner, End of Life Doula, and Certified Somatic Guided Meditation Teacher. Heather focuses on inclusivity and meeting individuals where they are in their current life journey.
