Movement and Breath Workshop
Come join us for a rejuvenating 1 day movement and breath workshop at the beautiful Bondi Pavilion. This event is designed to help you connect with your body and breath through various exercises and techniques with no equipment, just our bodies. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, this workshop is suitable for all levels. Release stress, improve flexibility, improve your fitness and challenge yourself....it's going to be an amazing day

Leo from @leo.moves
In Leo's 2 workshops, he will share his unique LeoMoves style and philosophy of bodyweight training with you. Based on his experience, he will mix handstand, movement, functional training and more into two 2-hour workshops that are approachable for every fitness level.
Learn how to become strong and flexible at the same time!
Tania from @soulfitnessretreats
In Tania's 2 breath training sessions she will teach you a mixture of functional breathing exercises, relaxation and stress mitigation protocols and some more dynamic co2 tolerance work to challenge your aerobic capacity, stretch your lungs, increase longevity and improve the way you can work out. Learn to reduce wasteful energy expenditure through dysfunctional breathing, whilst improving the bodies ability to handle co2 and increase oxygen uptake in the blood
Shayelle LaJoie
Shay will be taking everyone through a dynamic and restorative yoga session to round off the days activities - increasing flexibility, mobility and stretching out your body in her usual incredible way.
