🎉 What's in store?
• Two energising MOVE taster classes
• A guided walk led by our brilliant walk leaders
• A chance to relax and picnic with other mums
• Special guest instructors offering everything from Pilates to group workouts
💚 The event is FREE, but pre-registration is essential.

🍽️ Food and drinks are available at the onsite cafe, or feel free to bring your own and join us for a picnic on the grass.
