Classes move to the Greenhouse in mid March, weather dependant.
Karen Ritter will make us laugh while waking us up and moving our bodies. Come to the greenhouse for this movement class focusing on creating more flexibility, joint mobility, strength and endurance. We will utilize a chair and resistant loops, weights, blocks to create resistance without strain. A class meant for every body.
