OAOA members $4/class or $20/ month
Karen Ritter will make us laugh while waking us up and moving our bodies. Come to the greenhouse for this dynamic movement class focusing on creating more flexibility, joint mobility, strength and endurance. We will utilize a chair and resistant loops to create resistance without strain. Some light weights. No jumping or floor work.
