About this Event
Class starts with a warmup and standing stretches. Then there is a cardio workout that is appropriate for beginners and those more experienced. Then mat exercises to build strength and a cool down.
This class was created to help women strengthen their bodies through exercise and strengthen their spirit through reflection, Christian music and community.
