About your Instructor:
Darlene Marcroft has been a certified fitness instructor since 1993. She was volunteering as a mentor for teens when she found group exercise to be a great way to connect with them. She saw how much people in the class were enjoying it and became an instructor. Since she started teaching dance fitness more than 30 years ago, she has taught Jazzercise, owned her own fitness center and conducted small group personal training. Darlene says her favorite thing about the classes is how the music and routines combine to create joy while helping people become more healthy and feel much better overall.
