Join us for Move with Meaning — a rejuvenating Pilates session designed to strengthen your body and nourish your spirit. Whether you’re new to Pilates or a longtime devotee, this class is perfect for all levels. Our instructor, Emily, will guide you through an intentional flow focused on core strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.

After class, stay for our Bundles of Love charity event hosted by our founder Ocean Lilly, where we’ll assemble care packages for women and children in local shelters. It’s a beautiful way to carry your energy of movement into meaningful action.
