In anticipation of Lucky Ducky Day on September 27, the theme for September programs at FSN is of course, duckies!On September 10, littles will be introduced to movement and mindfulness to songs, stories, and poses , all ducky-themed.
Move With Me is a toddler movement class that offers a fun and interactive way to develop motor skills, creativity, and the connection between the mind and body. This will be GREAT for littles that may or may not be ready to follow an instructor's direction perfectly, might do their own thing (and that's okay!), and still have a no-pressure introduction to movement and mindfulness.
