Join 1 and WiseUp & Co. for a 45 minute sound bath experience designed for artists by artists. Nurture your creativity with a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating reiki-infused sound bath with sol. You will be guided into meditation and relaxation with simple breathwork techniques that you can take away with you to integrate on your own as a daily practice or whenever you need to re-center yourself!
Optional hands-on reiki will be available from Regina throughout the sound bath.
Bring a yoga mat and dress comfortably.
What is a Reiki-Infused Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are bathed in sound waves (you are not literally taking a bath). The vibrations of the sounds have healing benefits and bring yourself to a state of deep relaxation. When infused with Reiki (universal life energy that heals on all levels: physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually) it enhances the sound frequencies and offers you deeper healing energy.
You lay on a yoga mat and/or blankets and simply enjoy the healing frequencies of the sounds.
Sol uses quartz crystal sound bowls, tibetan bowls, a rain stick, chimes, and a steel tongue drum.
Sound healing benefits include: deep-relaxation, creates a state of harmony, relieves anxiety and stress, soothes your nervous system, brings an increased sense of well-being, expanded awareness, access to inner visionary experience, fosters physical & emotional healing, and more!
No experience is necessary. This is a safe-space where there is no judgment! You can also ask questions or discuss your challenges before the meditation privately or within the group.
This is also a beautiful opportunity to connect with others on their wellness journey!
Parking:
PLEASE ARRIVE 10 MINUTES EARLY TO PARK AND SET UP YOUR MAT - there is a parking lot in the back (it's easy to pass up the entrance to the back as it's a small entrance between the buildings.) Parking is FREE.
