Our *NEW* Move Well Mobility Program starts on Friday October 3rd at 10:30am!A 45 minute class focused on improving mobility within the shoulders, back, hips, knees, and ankles. Over the course of 4 weeks, we will work to become more mobile and strong in the most commonly problematic muscle groups, allowing you to move better and prevent injury.
The exercises you will learn are the perfect compliment to any existing exercise program, but can also be utilized as an incredible program on its own to maintain a healthy, functioning body for life.
The class will be led by certified personal trainer, Amelia Matchett. All fitness levels are welcome.
