Each session builds on lessons learned previously, so a full 4-week commitment is essential. Tailored for all fitness levels, the classes include the use of weights, resistance bands and chairs to ensure accessibility and comfort for everyone. All equipment provided.By booking into this program, participants are committing to attend all sessions across the 4 weeks to fully benefit from the progressive structure and build on the skills and exercises introduced each week.
