We’re opening our doors to all women for a FREE day of classes — no membership required!
Come experience the MOVE community with empowering workouts, supportive coaches, and an atmosphere built to lift you up.
Saturday, November 1 – Benchmark + Birthday Bash

Members, this one’s for you — take part in our Benchmark Event to set your baseline and see where you’re growing from.
Afternoon:
We’re throwing open the doors for everyone — co-ed, non-members, and the whole MOVE community — to celebrate US!
