A themed class to music with lots of movement and dance moves. Full of high energy and guaranteed to have lots of laughs.The music for this session will be Christmas-themed - so come along to move to your favourites.
This class will burn with all the fun. Wear comfortable clothes and bring along some water.
Sarah from Balanced Academy will be the facilitator for this class.
This session will be held on Saturday 7th December 10.30-11.30am. It's £10 to come along, with concessionary and reduced rates available. Pick the price that best reflects your circumstances.
Meet Your Facilitator:
Sarah is the founder of Balanced Academy and WellYness Adventures. She is a qualified teacher, gymnastics, mental health and exercise and fitness coach. She has dedicated her time to working with people of all ages to promote wellbeing through movement. Creating bespoke classes for all ages to make movement fun.
