About this Event
Move to Improve is an exercise class designed using evidence-based methods from the Brian Grant Foundation for Parkinson’s specifically for individuals who want to counteract the effects of movement disorders such as Parkinson’s Disease.
Participants will build endurance, increase agility, and improve flexibility as they move better with more confidence in this supportive group setting. All exercises can be done seated or standing, so no matter what level you start at, everyone can Move to Improve!
This 6 week series meets for 1-hour every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
