You will learn about your unique energy (an intro to Human Design - we’re all different!) and shift this pattern that’s keeping you stuck using an inside-out approach (no pushing or forcing).  We will end with a manifestation practice to shift your energy right now so you can feel good and have fun IN the journey (rather than waiting to feel good at some point in the future when you reach a certain outcome).

2. A paper and pen to write down your insights as I lead you through a coaching process
