Looking for great Mommy & Me activities in town?Been wanting to try local mom groups but not sure it's the "thing" you're looking for?
This class is the ONE for you.
We will start at 9:30am with a 30 minute mini iStroll workout where kids can be involved and engaged in their strollers or alongside their moms OR choose to play with other kids while mama works toward her fitness goals. Once we cool down, Ms. Erica from the amazing "My First Discovery Music Class" will be leading everyone in a mini music class demo.
