Move More, Eat Well volunteer workshop

The Move More, Eat Well team invite you to attend our Volunteer Workshop.
Aimed at community groups and organisations who wish to increase their knowledge on a range of topics relating to volunteering.
Knowledge will be shared on the following topics:

• Building the foundations to begin recruiting volunteers
• Overcoming challenges in volunteering
• Using time credits to attract and reward volunteers
  Subjects to include information on setting policies, agreements and processes, role descriptions, supervision, benefits and rewards.
  Inputs will be given from Cardiff Third Sector Council (C3SC), Cardiff Council’s Community Volunteer team and Tempo Time Credits.
  Plus a Q&A session with a panel of volunteer co-ordinator’s, providing a valuable opportunity to ask about managing volunteers from those with direct experience.
  The workshop will take place on Thursday 23rd January, 10am – 2pm, Insole Court (Fairwater Road, Llandaff, Cardiff CF5 2LN).
  Refreshments and lunch provided, please provide any dietary requirements upon booking.

Ynghyd â sesiwn Holi ac Ateb gyda phanel o gydlynwyr gwirfoddoli, gan roi cyfle gwerthfawr i holi am reoli gwirfoddolwyr o'r rhai sydd â phrofiad uniongyrchol.

Bydd y gweithdy'n cael ei gynnal Ddydd Iau 23 Ionawr 10am – 2pm @ Cwrt Insole (Heol y Tyllgoed, Llandaf, Caerdydd CF5 2LN).
