Tai Chi is a great way to Move It as the mind-body practice promotes a range of health benefits! Whether you're aiming to improve your physical health through flexibility, balance and strength or wanting to take time out for your mental health and feel less stress and anxiety, this class is perfect for you!
When: Weekly Thursdays at 10am
Where: Brighton Beach, Brighton. (Meeting on the beach on the southern side of the Jetty)
