The focus around these sessions is Moving the mind out of its old conditioning to experience the potential of it's Creative space. The Creative brain allows us to shift our perspective to clear away negative thought patterns that may control our life. To bring the Nervous system into balance we use Pranayama (breathwork techniques), body awareness and guided meditation during these sessions. They are a foundation for developing a home practice which is accessible to Everyone.Duration of Class 45-55 minutes
