What would it feel like to embody your full being? How would it feel to sense your physical movement completely?
How would it feel to sense your energetic field, how it moves with you and interacts with the world?
Move In/Move Through is an invitation to connect to yourself on multiple levels.
Through gently guided, but mostly intuitive movement, we will inhabit our physical bodies fully, sense into our energetic fields and move any stagnant or heavy energy.
The class will start with a guided meditation that will allow you to ground and land fully in your physical body.
Then with the help of evocative music, we will move gently with intention and complete mindfulness.
We will then shift focus into the most outer layers of your subtle body, to tune into your energetic field. We will sense, move with it, and help you master your own energy and its flow.
This is not a dance class where you focus on the choreography.
This is a movement workshop that helps you connect to yourself and move as your body leads.
No levels of fitness are required, just your willingness to let your body and energy lead the way.
This class is meant to deepen your connection to self, not to be a workout.
Props like bolsters and mats for the meditative part will be provided, but feel free to bring anything that will make you feel more comfortable.
