DESCRIPTION:

Tim Barrett, Professional EOS Implementer, will be facilitating a time to take a step back and look at your organization from a bird's eye view. We will take time to assess your organization in six key areas (Vision, People, Process, Data, Issues & Traction) and workshop through real life issues & business frustrations with other business owners.

About Tim:

Starting in high school I helped my parents expand their business from one local print shop to three. After selling the business, I worked in the restaurant industry to fund my college education. I quickly rose through the ranks and before the age of 25 became a GM. One of my key strengths is my ability to turn around underperforming businesses. I have a track record of taking struggling teams and transforming them into successful, well-functioning units.

I came across EOS when the company my wife worked at implemented. When she gave me a book called Traction, I realized I wanted to help others achieve similar success in their businesses. Since then, I have become a full-time EOS Implementer. I strongly believe in the power of EOS and the positive impact it has on businesses and individual lives. It would be an honor for me to join you on your journey with EOS and contribute to your success.
