Experience the gift of resetting and balancing your nervous system in this grounding 2-hour workshop held at the beautiful Wishing Star Farm & Wellness, a setting that naturally invites you to soften, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.
This workshop blends practical education with an embodied, deeply restorative somatic practice. Crystal’s work centers on helping people unwind long-standing tension patterns, restore comfort, and rediscover a more easeful way of moving through life. Her approach is rooted in a simple understanding: when we learn to listen to the body with compassion, we open the door to profound change.
You’ll explore the neuroscience behind Somatic Movement Education, how the brain shapes muscular tension, how patterns get “stuck,” and how slow, intentional movement can re-educate the nervous system. You’ll see how these insights relate to your everyday stress, posture, and the ways your body holds and expresses life’s experiences.
Then we transition into a rejuvenating somatic movement practice designed to help you unwind tension patterns from the inside out. Through slow, mindful movements, you’ll soften habitual holding, reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom, and create space for more freedom, comfort, and presence.
You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of yourself no just physically but holistically along with simple tools you can use anytime to support your nervous system and move with more freely.

What to Bring:
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring water, Also bring a yoga mat, a blanket, and a pillow. I will have a few extra items available but it is very helpful if attendees can bring their own for comfort and support.
