About this Event
Inspired by my amazing friend who is completing the kiltwalk in memory of her dad, who sadly passed away from MND, join us for a unique and invigorating event combining yoga, breathwork, and a cold water dip, all in support of Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Scotland. This fundraiser aims to raise awareness and funds for MND research, while offering participants an opportunity to rejuvenate their minds, bodies, and spirits.
Event Highlights:
- Yoga Session: Begin the event with a calming and energizing yoga session led by an experienced cold water herapy nd yoga instructor. Suitable for all levels, the yoga practice will focus on connecting our breathe with our movements.
- Breathwork Workshop: Dive into the power of breath with a guided breathwork session. Allowing your mind to calm and release any tension before we head to the water.
- Cold Water Dip: Challenge yourself with a refreshing plunge into cold water. Embrace the invigorating sensation and experience the benefits of cold water immersion, known for boosting circulation, strengthening the immune system, and promoting resilience.
- Community Connection: Connect with like-minded people while making a difference in the lives of those affected by motor neurone disease as we gather round the fire for a warming cup of tea and snacks - maybe even a bit of music!
