This isn’t your average night out.We’re turning off the talking, turning up the music, and letting our bodies do whatever they want. Spin, jump, roll on the floor, wiggle your eyebrows — there are no rules except be kind and be you.
The DJ will take us on a wild ride — starting slow, building big, and then softening into stillness. After we’ve danced it all out (sweat, stress, thoughts, weird moods — poof!), we’ll lie down and float in a sea of dreamy sound. Bowls, chimes, hums, and echoes… like a lullaby from another galaxy.
It’s a bit like recess, a bit like dreaming, and a bit like magic.
You’ll need:�✨ Comfy clothes you can move (or sprawl) in and your favourite stuffy for the sound bath part�🌀 Water to sip�🌈 A mat or cozy warm blanket�💫 Your inner weirdo — the fun one
All bodies, all backgrounds, all dance styles welcome. You don’t need to “know how” — your body already does.
