In light of that, The North Club and Raptor Academy of Martial Arts are joining together to host a fun and informative event to showcase the range of businesses and organizations that can feed and support wellness for anyone!
Wellness can be fun, accessible, solo and interpersonal.
For our even we are offering a range of experiences and options to get you thinking about all the ways you could support your or your family's wellness. As a community we should support and scaffold each other and this is our love letter to you!
What will be there? Oh my.
Goats on a bus to play with from 11 to 12pm
Ice cream from 11:30 to 12pm
Demos at Raptor of people grappling and throwing each other.
Tours and demos at The North Club of all the great options for connecting to your body.
1pm to 2pm: Dodgeball tournament! Gather up a few friends and return to your youth.
IGAR will have games and activities for social and cognitive wellness.
Want some ideas and a quiet space to journal? We've got you.
Jana Marie will help you play with paint.
Nutrition and supplements experts are ready to answer questions.
Learn to play pickleball.
