🌟MOVE…Beginning with the most obvious parts of ourself, the physical body. The morning will commence with gentle movement to connect you with your energetic aliveness! Movement then becomes still as you explore longer holds with support.
🌟BREATH…Through movement and connection with the body, you will be guided towards a deepening and more conscious awareness of breathing… moving towards the more subtle experience of life force, energy, prana, chi… there are many words to describe the vital force within.
🌟REST…through the breath we access the mind … the deeper more subtle aspect of ourselves through a guided relaxation.
🌟Kristie & Dan will be facilitating this two hour experience.
🌟Kristie has been sharing yoga in the Adelaide Hills for many years and draws on traditional Hatha yoga and energetic principles and practices. Hatha yoga is a system of managing and controlling energy.. through movement and breath.
🌟Dan comes with years of practice wisdom and his knowledge and training in the Vedic science of Ayurveda and Tantra Yoga….or the psychology of transformation through energetic practices like breath, movement, mantra and meditation.
🌟MOVE + BREATH + REST is an opportunity for you to just that… accessible for all….every body and everybody welcome. No prior yoga experience required.
