About this Event
Dr. Erica Witter-Davis, a former Olympian and sports chiropractor and Beth Drayer, a Division I certified athletic trainer, have teamed up to host a Move Better, Feel Better workshop! This event is designed to show how movement can enhance both your overall health and athletic performance.
During the workshop, they will introduce movement patterns that help improve range of motion in key areas such as the lower back, shoulders, neck, and ankles. Through exercises like deep squats, they will demonstrate how Dr. Erica, a sports chiropractor specializing in the musculoskeletal system, and Beth, an athletic trainer focused on the neuroskeletal system, can help optimize movement and performance.
