About this Event
Join us for a fun morning of getting your body moving and ready to shop. We will be providing all attendees with a free TravisMathew custom yoga mat. This event will be located in the Nordstrom court. Following the conclusion of the event we will have coffee, juice, and pastries in-store.
Parking: Park at the mall entrance located between Brio Italian Grille and P.F. Chang’s.
About the instructor Izzy Hecht:
Izzy Hecht aka Fit As Hecht, is a certified personal trainer, pain-free performance specialist, sport-specific strength & conditioning coach, and group instructor in Palm Beach County. Her style of training weaves thoughtful programming with intense strength, conditioning, and mobility focused movement patterns. With a personal background in dance, boxing, and bodybuilding, she knows that fitness isn’t one-size-fits-all and aims to spread her passion for movement to others.
