What to Expect:
• Warm-Up (5 mins): Jumping jacks dynamic arm circles leg swings and light jogging to get your body moving
• Circuit 1: Cardio Blast (15 mins): Burpees mountain climbers and jumping lunges to get your heart pumping
• Circuit 2: Strength Training (20 mins): Squats push-ups lunges and chest dips to build strength • Circuit 3: Core Training (10 mins): Planks Russian twists and bicycle crunches to tone and tighten your core
• Cool-Down (5 mins): Static stretches to release tension and prevent injury Workout Connect and Unwind – Bring your energy strength and your enthusiasm! After the workout relax and socialize with your fellow fitness lovers. It’s all about having fun getting fit and making new friends. 🧘🏽♀️💬
