Move & Manifest - Yoga & Vision Boarding

Join Nina of ‘Sonder Studio’ and Kim of meaningful paper goods brand ‘Beaulongings’ for a restorative morning of relaxation and intention setting. We will begin with 30 minutes of gentle yoga flow leading into a vision board workshop, where you’ll gain clarity, set intentions and manifest how you want to feel going into the season and year ahead.

We will be serving delicious pastries and coffee, baked and brewed by local businesses Sticky Fingers and Stomping Ground Coffee.
