Come move and groove for a cure!
Pick individual sessions you are interested in or purchase an All Day Pass and receive a discount.
Beverages included.
Participants must be 16 years of age or older.
Sessions to include Yoga, Zumba, Hip-hop, Line Dancing, and Ballroom followed by open dancing/mingling to close out the night!
First session to begin at 1pm. Each session is 45 minutes long (ballroom 60 minutes) with15 minute breaks in between. Last session to end by 7:00pm.
Wear comfortable clothes, bring a towel if needed and shoes appropriate for each session. Sneakers, boots, dance sneakers/jazz shoes, ballroom shoes welcome!
Please bring your own mat for yoga.
