Come stretch, move, and have fun in this beginner-friendly movement class led by the amazing Dezmon Woods!
No dance experience needed—just bring your energy and curiosity. We’ll warm up with gentle stretches, then explore cool and creative ways to move your body using dance styles like hip-hop, jazz, contemporary, and more. It's going to be fun, easy and lot's of good vibes.
It's like a mini dance adventure! It’s not about being perfect—it’s about getting moving, trying new things, and expressing yourself through movement.
