The Association of Dance Therapy Cyprus is organising one-off experiential introductory dance therapy workshops in various towns across Cyprus for those interested in exploring the psychotherapeutic use of movement and dance in a safe and supportive environment.These workshops offer a space for self-awareness, personal growth, and connection with the body and emotions, using movement as a tool for expression and release.
No previous dance experience is required—just a willingness to explore.
Let’s explore together new ways to connect with yourself and others, as we experience the healing power of movement!

The workshops will be facilitated by registered professional members of the Association of Dance Therapy Cyprus.
