Welcome again to Thursday dance, the last session for the year!
- Mt pleasant community centre, upstairs in the activity studio
- 1-3pm
- No set charge, $5 - $20 appreciated, all welcome regardless of financial contribution.

Movement prompts and themes are used to explore embodied connection with self and others, alongside a curated playlist of musical goodness.
A place to find your own presence and move as you need.
Movement is a way to explore expansive aspects of creativity, chaos, and calm. To use embodiment tools to find resilience in a wild world and gain resource to better navigate the waves of life.

Open Floor is "A meditation practice that builds muscular and emotional intelligence."
Contact dance, theatre improv, butoh and contemporary dance also inspire this session. All of these curiosities are combined to offer a mixture of guided invitations and open play.
