M.O.V.E is the acronym for Moving Organically your Vital Energy.
Perfect for all levels, even if it’s your first time.

It is a body practice developed by Marise Cardoso that is nourished by ancestral and experimental lineages such as Yoga, Moving Meditation, Ecstatic Dance, Gaga Dance, among others. M.O.V.E can be understood as a practice of Moving Meditation, a deep inner dive revealing the mystery of our unique rhythmic expressions.
In two hours, the session combines exercise, great music and free dance, meditation and sound healing and is a powerful antidote to the stress of contemporary life.
It increases vitality, releasing tension, activating muscles and offering support to the rich journey of opening the windows of human perception through the body.

The session:
The conduction of the journey by Marise Cardoso a.k.a. @djiiva, alma mater of Ser Super Sonic project. It is based on a careful musical selection that provides a 'journey' in the timeline, alternating softness, poetry, rhythms of the world, grooves and moments of catharsis, gradually returning to calm. And for this special wokshop we have the honor to have the percussionist Alexandre Caetano conducting the live music vibes.
At the end, a Sound Bath is offered to integrate, tune and energize vibrations of the body, mind, emotions and spirit.
Come with comfortable clothes, bring your bottle of water, something warm for the final relaxation and most important, we need your best smile and heart open!!!
