Grab lunch at the Monterey Apartments in West Fargo! Chef Joe will have 2 options for you- Moussaka casserole and harvest bowls! The harvest bowls will come with lentils, rice, bean hummus, raw and roasted vegetables, pickled onions, mixed greens, tahina, and dukkah. The Moussaka casserole is a greek dish made with beef, lentils, eggplant, potatoes, bechamel, and tomato sauce. The moussaka will also come with a mixed green salad with cucumbers and a lemon vinaigrette as well as a dinner roll. And for dessert? Choose between banana bread, orange cranberry bread, and pumpkin chocolate chip bread!
