About the Mourne Way Marathon Events
The Mourne Way Marathon, launched in 2009, was Ireland’s first mass participation off-road marathon. It quickly grew in popularity, adding an ultra-marathon in 2010. The event now includes a full marathon, ultra, half marathon, 10k, and a Challenge Walk in support of Cancer Focus NI. It’s ideal for those new to trail running or looking to challenge their distance.
