These guided runs are for all genders, level intermediate to advanced.

Sunday 7th July - Mullacleevaun & Cleevaun Lake 15k/780m
Sunday 18th August - Lugnaquilla & Art’s Lough 18km/950m
Sunday 1st September - Glendalough & Lough Ferrib 20km/950m
Time: 8am to 12pm/1pm (Approximately)
Level: Int/Adv (If you're not sure if these runs are for you, please contact us before booking).
These are 4 - 5 hour run/hikes (approx) and will be lead by Alicia and Kathryn (Two Rock Outdoor).
These routes contains challenging terrain including mucky trails, boardwalk, forestry road, rocky and heathery tracks. Previous mountain running experience is necessary. Although a social run, the pace will be steady.
She Summits' Policies:
Trail runners, coats, hats and gloves are required on all events.
No exchanges, refunds or transfers onto other events.
