About this Event
Mountainfilm On Tour is not only a collection of short films on nature, recreation, overcoming obstacles, and celebrating LIFE!
Last year’s films featured:
- An Afghan women rockclimbing group who escaped the Taliban
- A boy who befriended an octopus during COVID
- A blind woman climber and skier who is empowered by the outdoors (and the story of how she navigates it)
- Abandoned ski resorts in Japan
- The microbiology of a stream
- A film about importance of bike recycling and upcycling in Cuba
- The story of the first Boston Marathon female runner
This year’s selection of films won’t be available until later this summer, but we are already excited and gearing up!
