Mountain West Hunting Retriever Club Preliminary Hunting Test
Welcome to the Mountain West Hunting Retriever Club Preliminary Hunting Test. The MWHRC is a licensed UKC/HRC club. This weekend we are hosting, our Preliminary Hunt to include two of each Finished, Seasoned, and Started Hunt test on Saturday (June 1st, 2024) and Sunday (June 2nd, 2024). We sincerely hope that you will attend, enter your dogs, have success, and bring home some ribbons. However, most importantly, we hope that you have a safe and fun filled weekend!
Please keep the grounds looking as good or better than when we started. The grounds are often very wet; please be aware that you may become stuck in the mud if you are not careful. We ask that you drive slowly, stay on the roads and that you are careful where you park to avoid damaging the grounds. Limited dry camping is available on the grounds. There is no trash collection service on the grounds: You must haul out all trash, including dead birds. Smoking in designated areas only. Campfires are forbidden. The grounds are very dry and fire danger is high!!!
