Watch history come to life with Appalachian skills demonstrations like quilting, weaving, blackpowder and moonshine, sample apple cider from a hand-cranked apple press, enjoy a cooking demonstration in the historic Hardman Farm kitchen and an open-house in the main floor of the 1870's era mansion.Take a hayride, try your hand at gem-mining and old fashioned lawn games like cornhole and horseshoes and pet farm animals in the 150 year old horse barn.
Local craft vendors will be on hand with crafts and handiworks like woven baskets, crocheted critters, woodworking, jewelry and much more.
Food vendors and live music will be on-site throughout the day
