Have you ever found yourself riding red trails and wanting to take the next step onto black graded trails? Have you ever wondered how to approach the challenges which can be encountered on these types of trails?Then this skills development day at Scolty woods in Banchory is for you!
We will start the day on red trails, building our understanding of the important principles of body position, movement and line choice before working our way onto a selection of black graded trails. We will apply correct technique and mental processes to the features encountered, and at the end of the course you will be able to take away and practise what we have covered.
The coaching session will last approximately 4.5 hours and will start at 10am in Banchory. A good level of bike fitness and experience on red graded trails is required, as is appropriate PPE such as a fully working and maintained mountain bike suitable for black-graded trails, helmet, gloves and knee pads. The cost of the coaching session is £35.
