**Support for Foothills parents:**Hey parents - starting October 29th, we’re launching a new weekly support group to help our mountain-area parents connect and process everything that’s been happening in Evergreen. Come by whenever you need a little extra support or want to be with other parents who get it.
Dr. Teresa Christensen, LPC, RPT-S, from the Evergreen Play Therapy Institute, along with other local trauma-informed therapists, will be facilitating the group and, if requested, will share evidence-based tools for coping with stress, anxiety, and other concerns. It's mostly a safe, relaxed place to share your thoughts and feelings, be heard, and receive support.
