Mountain and Ultra Skills Weekend � 9 and 10 November
We are bringing together a collection of popular workshops in one fun weekend for anyone looking to increase their skills for ultra and mountain running.
Book an individual workshop or book all three and you'll get an automatic discount applied.
Saturday 9th November 10am - 2pm
Nicky Merrett from Hiking Highs will be giving one of her popular hiking workshops, using Leki poles and showing you how to use them to move smoothly and effectively across technical ground. You'll also be able to try and buy Leki poles.
Saturday 9th November 7pm - 9pm
From single stage race, multi-day or non-stop expedition epic, we will discuss gear, skills, mindset and strategy for best practice and performance. We have some great guests joining Joe and Stu, who will take questions from the audience.
Sunday 10th November 10am - 3.30pm
This one day introductory course is essential for those wishing to gain and develop a full range of skills for safe and efficient trail, ultra and mountain running.
