GROUP FITNESS OPPORTUNITY!Mount Ascension Elevation Ruck

Meet up at Jefferson Elementary School (1023 E. Broadway St.) in Helena, MT (you’ll see the GoRuck flag)
Bring your water/hydration for the activity.
We will have a full cooler of after-ruck drinks for you.
We will be rucking ~5 miles and 1,200 feet elevation gain, please come prepared to do this.
We will have weighted vests/rucks + sandbags available to use for this event.
