Disclaimer: These drills can be tight and challenging, and comes with a risk of dropping your bike. Please proceed at your own risk. Drop protection strongly recommended (but not required!).
If you want a study guide so you can do some homework to prepare, this is a good drill to practice: starting at 3-spot U-turns, and work your away down to 2-spot u-turns
