Do you want to feel more motivated, less overwhelmed, and get more done? In this workshop designed specifically for adults with ADHD, you won't be told to "just get a planner," we promise!
As a ADHDer herself, Aurianna Scullion understands far too well that traditional productivity advice offered by most sources just doesn't work for most ADHD brains. Instead, we will explore what actually motivates people with ADHD, why traditional time-management strategies may flop or even worsen our productivity levels, and how energy management can be a more effective alternative. We will look at redefining what habits and consistency can look like, and share strategies that work with, rather than against, the unique ADHD brain.
Melanie Middelkoop, Registered Psychologist, will be co-facilitating this workshop, bringing her expertise regarding group dynamics to create an inviting, collaborative space for participants to share and learn from one another.
