Oklahoma has an incredible diversity of moths from microscopic specks of glitter to North America's largest species reaching up to 7" in wingspan. These insects fill many important niches in our ecosystems including food sources for birds and pollination of countless plants. Zach DuFran is a naturalist living in Norman Ok. He is crazy about moths and has been working on expanding the knowledge of moth species in Oklahoma. During the warmer months he host numerous moth nights across Oklahoma. Meeting is at the Tulsa Garden Center beginning at 6:30 pm with social hour and presentation starts at 7:00 pm. Meeting are free and open to the public. Zach will be doing his presentation remotely.
